How to Cancel Check with your teacher for their preferred mode of communication before you need to cancel a private or semi-private lesson. When in doubt, contact your teacher. To cancel yourself from a group class, log in to Mindbody online and go to “My Schedule” to remove yourself from the roster. See more cancellation details below, including information about “late” and “early” cancelation policies.

Private Lesson Policy We require 24 hours’ notice to cancel. If you cancel inside of 24 hours, you’ll be charged for the lesson regardless of the situation.

Semi-private (duet, trio, quad+) detail If one person in the group cancels with 24 hours’ or more notice, they are not charged and the other people have the choice of taking the session at the higher price or canceling without charge. If one person in the group late cancels (with less than 24 hours’ notice), they are still responsible for their part of the session and the others pay the previously agreed upon price.

Equipment Class Policy We require 24 hours’ notice to avoid being charged for a missed equipment class. If you “early cancel” yourself from a class by canceling online outside of 24 hours, you may use the class credit on a future class. There are no refunds or make ups for “late cancelations” (inside of 24 hours) or no shows. All classes expire 6 months after purchase. This 24 hour policy also applies to Guided Workouts.

Mat Class Policy Classes expire 6 months after purchase.

Workshop Policy We require 48 hours’ notice on workshop cancellations to avoid being charged for the miss and to receive a full refund. You may do this in “My Schedule” online. Inside of 48 hours, you will receive a refund of 50%. If you do not cancel ahead of time, and simply do not show, no refund will be issued.

Studio Use Policy To use the studio and equipment without being under the direct supervision of a Springboard Pilates instructor, you must have at least 3 years of Pilates experience, a regular practice with a Springboard teacher (monthly or more frequently), and Springboard teacher approval. Contact Meredith.

Weather Policy If you feel unsafe getting to the studio because of winter weather, you may cancel free of charge. If a class is canceled by Springboard because of weather and you have paid for the class, it will be returned to your account and will be available until you apply it to another class (of equal or lesser value) by the expiration date. Teachers will email anyone on the class roster, directly. Our weather cancelations are also listed on our Class Schedule and social media pages.
