We want you to own your workout! We encourage clients to practice at home, and we will train you to stay in tune with what your body is telling you throughout the workout. With open communication between teacher and student, we can craft a difficult and energizing workout or a gentle and rehabilitative session.
Springboard Pilates is for all body types: young, old, healthy, recovering, and the list continues. It is for people with an established exercise routine as well as those who are trying to develop one. Here in our Portland, Maine studio, we are passionate about the movement potential we see in every person we teach, and we work to help people develop well-aligned, lean, and flexible bodies.
