February 12 — Delight is in the Details (Reformer) [$40]

We have all heard that the "devil is in the details," but what if that's actually where all the good stuff lives? If we care to ask questions about the nuts and bolts of these exercises, we will get more out of them, gaining more efficiency in our movements, and therefore more "product" out of our investment of time (and money).

In this experiential workshop, Meredith will break down all the little secret nuggets of goodness that sometimes escape us when we are moving through a group class. For example, "How do I get those foot loops on without opening the springs?" Or "Where am I supposed to put my hands in swan?" And even, "What's the breathing pattern going up and down on the Chair, again?!"

Each date covers a different piece of equipment, so come to your favorite, conquer your frenemy, or join them all!
