With a lifelong passion for movement, fitness, and wellness, I bring a diverse and well-rounded approach to teaching Pilates.
My journey in the fitness industry began as an Aerobic Dance Instructor and has evolved through decades of experience as Personal Trainer, Small Group Fitness Instructor, Yoga Teacher, Barre Teacher, Yamana Ball Teacher and Pilates Instructor.
As a former marathon runner and triathlete, I developed a deep appreciation for the body’s strength, resilience, and need for balanced movement. This athletic background, combined with extensive training across multiple disciplines, allows me to help clients improve strength, flexibility, posture, mobility, and overall body awareness.
My teaching philosophy focuses on creating fun, safe & effective, engaging classes that meet individuals where they are while encouraging them to move with confidence and purpose. Whether working with beginners, seasoned athletes, or those seeking greater functional movement and wellness, I strive to provide personalized guidance that supports each person’s unique goals.
