Springboard Pilates : Directions


	Located at 143 Spring Street in Portland, Maine (near Mercy Hospital, the Portland Fire Museum and the West End Grocery). Directions From I-295 Take the Forest Avenue South exit 6A, heading towards downtown Portland. From Forest Avenue, stay in the right lane and bear right to go through Deering Oaks park. Go up the hill on State Street. Turn left onto Congress Street. Take your first right onto Park Street and find a parking space. Walk down Park Street and turn right on Spring Street. 143 Spring Street is half way down the block on your right, a brick townhouse with white columns. Parking Off-street parking passes available for Springboard private clients. On-street parking is usually available on Park St. Please ask Bethany for details.


	World Arts has moved!! As of June 2nd, the new center is located at 65 West Commercial Street. Look for the black awning under the words "Portland Star Match Co." just after you round the bend going under the Casco Bay Bridge. Go up and over the hill on State Street for just under a mile. At the light, turn left onto York Street, just before heading to the Casco Bay Bridge. Then, turn right onto Park Street. At the end, turn right onto West Commercial Street. Go under the Casco Bay Bridge and you will see the big red building with a star on it on your right.
