First memory or impression of Springboard:
I remember taking my introductory class which was a duet with my friend Lex and thinking to myself, ok- I am going to do this FOREVER. The studio was so warm and inviting as were the instructors and I just remember feeling so at home. It was a cozy place to be, I had never taken Pilates before (except watching a Windsor Pilates DVD a few hundred times), but I was hooked. It didn’t hurt, it wasn’t boring, and I’ve never looked forward to a form of exercise before as much as I have with Pilates at Springboard.
Anything you’d like to add:
Can’t wait to get back into Pilates post pregnancy, gradually strengthening my body back to its original state and enjoying the process.
