Group classes are a fun and affordable way to stretch and strengthen the body while building camaraderie with other students.
Our current 6 week class series runs from Monday, January 9th to Sunday, February 19th.
Missed classes can be made up at any other class of equal or lesser value within the time frame of the series. Upon completion of the series, classes can no longer be made up or refunded. See our Hours, Rates, Policies page.
Any cancellations due to inclement weather will be posted on the Classes page 2 hours before the class's scheduled start time.
